Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Klyvona ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Klyvona is an AI-powered video clip discovery tool that transcribes video content and surfaces ranked clip candidates. The Service requires an account to run analyses.

3. Account and eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of all videos and content you submit. By submitting content you grant Klyvona a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not use your videos to train AI models.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: submit content you do not own or have rights to; use the Service for unlawful purposes; attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; or share access credentials.

6. Billing and refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding accuracy of AI-generated clip rankings, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klyvona's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced by email.
